Getting Started...If your interested doing aikido and wondering how to get started, it easy...just turn up! Everyone had their first class and would like to make yours memorable. Your first class (with our compliments) requires some comfortable clothing and your ready to go, a senior student (usually a black belt) will take you through a special one-on-one class designed to give you an overview of what aikido is about. You'll get to try some aikido and ask any questions you might have. If you like it and like what we do then on your second class you can join Griffith Aikido and get started in any of our regular (and begineer) classes.
